This policy explains what information Ufuk Agent System ("we", "us") collects when you use the Ufuk desktop application and related services, and how it is used.

Information we collect

Account information: your email address and an authentication credential, used to sign you in and secure your account.
Usage and quota data: credit consumption and request counts, used to enforce plan limits and show your usage in the app.
Prompts and code sent for AI processing: content you submit to the AI agent is forwarded to the AI model provider solely to generate a response.
Billing information: handled entirely by our merchant of record. We never see or store your full card details.

What we do not collect

We do not read files on your computer beyond the content you explicitly send to the AI agent.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We do not use your prompts or code to train AI models.

How information is used

To provide the service: authentication, AI request processing, quota enforcement and billing.
To keep the service reliable and secure, including abuse prevention.
To respond to support requests you send us.

Service providers

We rely on third parties to run parts of the service: AI model providers process the prompts you submit, our merchant of record processes payments, and cloud hosting providers run the backend. Each receives only what it needs to perform its task.

Data retention

Account and usage records are kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Residents of Turkey have rights under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.
